Tomorrow is weigh in day and I am not feeling good about it. I have not gone off the program, but am just feeling like I have not done well this week. The great news is that my daughter is losing a couple pounds a week just by eating better and she is very happy (she was doing the "my pants are loose" happy dance today). The whole family is getting healthier and we are all eating better. I just wish it would be all gone overnight, sometimes the road seems like such a long one.
