DAY 296..GOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!! another fantastic morning to work off the flab..48 outside, wind chill 46..rain is movin in for the next 2 days..grass is starting to turn green around here..birds are chirpin more..not as cold..warmer weather is gettin closer and closer..gettin nice enough to start doing stuff outside to get ready for lawn cuttin time..and all the stuff that goes along with that..well need to get to movin around..so i can get ready for my morning walk, and then my workout at the gym..hope everyone has a great day..and hope you have a great day of workin off them calories.. ADDON: havent took off from walkin in several days, or weeks, decided my legs needed a break..hate to take it off since rain is movin in, but i just wasnt in the moood to go..and i kno how hard it was yesterday to get a workout in at the gym, so a day off will do me good.. That's a great fast food calorie counter! Spring is a wonderful thing and so motivating to get outside and enjoy warmer weather. I can't wait to get gardening again and eat soooooo fresh strawberries and veggies. Kohlrabi is my favorite yummmmm.

just came in from outside...60 outside today..and so nice..just screwed some rain gutters bck on, tired of chasin em around the yard..and moved some leaves away from the house..so nice outside today..i loved it outside..put on a pair of shorts an cut off tshirt...lol
