today I kind of took the day off, did the large tanks and left the rest. my son was coming up for a visit and he wanted chicken nacho's and that takes quite a while to prepare for the amount I need to make for my hungry guy!

needless to say while I did not have the flour shell as I don't do well with flour, I did have all the dairy I can't have. going to be well under my calories but I will gain water weight I will carry a few days. But it is nice to have a break. I also said the heck with it and had coffee all day too! double trouble.

Sometimes I do feel the restrictions and like to break away. nothing that can't be fixed with a little patience. the water weight will eventually fade away.

I did do a couple sessions on the total gym, trying to build up my series on that machine. Once I can step up how many I can do, I can move my level up. I finally added another 10 pounds to the bowflex this week. got tired of doing so many series. takes more time, do more weight less time taken with the exercise. I am going for more endurance than bulking, but it gets boring to do the same thing multiple times.

Going to go kick up my feet and relax the rest of the night.

Wow you went up by 10lbs Nice :) I had only gone up by 20lbs and then had to back off that this week...

well it has been a long time coming, I was at the same level, took my vacation then started back slowly.took me close to three weeks to rebuild and then raise the weight. resistance is different than weight lifting too. I work with 70 pound per arm with resistance and when I went to the gym, I struggled with the 10 pound weight. the total gym on some exercises work more like the hand weights, so I will eventually get that part built up too. embarrassing to struggle with a 10 pound weight in public.

Sounds like a good day.🌞 Yeah, it's good to take a break once in awhile. I am sure all those food restrictions can drive you batty at times. Good thing you know what's involved to get back on track. 👍
