Morning exercise
Treadmill: 15 min, incline 2, intervals from 3-4mph

Hey it's a start.

It's been a few weeks since I have worked out so as always I can't jump back into it and go full force. I always need a week or two to get back into it.
So I am easing myself back into workouts.

Yay, good job! I think its a lot better to ease oneself back into a routine - better that than overdoing it and then wanting to quit. So keep it up, you're doing great!
