@sella_alsh : aku banyak cardio waktu weight loss. Fokusnya pangkas lemak di pinggul & paha krn badanku bentuk pear. Semacam sepedaan, jln kaki, jogging. Tp aku salah bgt krn bukan cuma lemak yg ilang, massa otot jg berkurang 😹 Mestinya dibarengi weightlifting atau calisthenics biar ototnya bagus & ga keliatan super skinny. Kenyataannya bentuk otot lebih sulit drpd bakar lemak 😂
