I skipped lunch yesterday and I was a little nauseated after dinner.
107.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1478 kcal Fat: 45.45g | Prot: 94.12g | Carb: 174.87g.   Breakfast: Green Valley Organics Lactose Free Plain Yogurt , Applesauce Unsweetened, Coffee, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: Ketchup , Potato French Fries, Pickles, Udi's Gluten Free Whole Grain Bread, Beef Pastrami (Cured) , Lemonade. Dinner: Glutino Gluten Free Crackers - Original, Broccoli, Brown Rice, Salmon, Tartar Sauce. Snacks/Other: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Katz Gluten Free Glazed Chocolate Donut. more...
