On my third day of this quest and feeling extremely well! Not feeling hungry and realising that when I have “that feeling” it is not hunger: it is just boredom.
Am being very careful to balance my foods, so proteins and fats are balanced.
Am trying to research for foodstuff that is filling, rich in protein and tastes well; so far I discovered I have lentils and quinoa and I’ll use them more.
People here seem to be normal: which is friendly, supportive, honest and empathetic.
This is a good place to share!
