Wow. I just ate a fat laden, carb laden breakfast. Now I am off to swim and will be walking at a home and garden show. I have to kick up the protein and lessen the carbs and fat in my program!!!!! It shows up on the scale and I go up and down. Been doing this for entire year now...I have been messing around with this for a year now. Jeez, do I ever need to STOP MESSING AROUND!!!!! I live by myself, have complete control over what I eat and have in my house, etc. I am worth the extra effort to eat and get healthy. I have to tell myself that every second, otherwise, I will continue not taking this process seriously. Now, I am going to swim in my clubhouse pool---something I really enjoy and it burns calories.
