Liendempers's Journal, 19 September 2018

Did my first 16:8 fast today. By 10am I was ravenous (usually not.....) think my mind was playing tricks. Ate late last night, so decided I will try again today, but made sure I had my supper by 6pm. Will see how this timeframe goes. And I can feel a cold coming on, runny nose, sore throat.......measured on Monday, although the scale is still just playing Jack-in-the-box games with me, I have actually lost some cm’s.
