I've been excercising religiously 3 to 4 times per week and following a high protein, low carb (not no carb) diet, which is basically phase 2/3. Although I've only lost about 10 lbs. overall, my body fat level has gone from nearly 30% to 19.5%. According to my trainer, I've lost @ 26 lbs. of fat and gained 16 lbs. of muscle. I'm fine with that.
