MJ's mom's Journal, 10 March 2008

Just wanted to pat myself on the back today!!!! I actually went out running for the first time. I ran/jogged/walked for 45 min tonight. Im hoping to do this 3 times a week. :) Seriously...Ive never been an active person. I enjoyed it though.:)

woohoo congrats! I've been able to get on the treadmill 3 times a week for 30 mins. It sure feels good to get in some exercise.

thats great about the treadmill. I talked to my parents today about maybe buying their treadmill. They bought a treadmill and exercise bike and they both have been sitting down stairs collecting dust for the past 4 years. My sister in law has asked to purchase the bike already (which is great for me since I dont like the stationary bikes). Im hopeing they sell me the treadmill though. I could really use it!!!!! Especially in these cold cold winters we got!!!!

woohoo!!! awesome! I did so much walking last year trying to induce my labor but it never worked. This year I'm working evenings so we're not going to get many walks in together. My son and I will have to go during the day i guess.

Man I wish I could of walked when I was pregnant. In feb last year my SI joint slipped out of my hip so I wasnt able to move allot without allot of pain...and just as it started to get better I got pre-ecclampsia and was put on bed rest. Boo urns. I think thats why Im starting to apprecaite moving around so much now :)
