So, Day 3 of the 7-Day challenge and I've lost 1 1/2 lbs. Probably largely because yesterday's calorie count was waaaaayyyy lower than the 1500 daily goal. But I also managed to get in a couple of short walks & do the 7-minute abs routine. So far, so good. Tonight I run, hopefully 2 or 2.5 miles on the treadmill. That's the plan!
