Struggling with sticking to the plan but doing the best I can. I drove past the chinese restaurant, the ice cream store, and the snack aisle of the convenience store where I stopped to buy coffee and milk for tomorrow. Ate some nuts - too many nuts in my house! I did not go to the gym. Been cleaning and lifting all week so I am sore. Excuses, excuses. It looks like I won't have to shop for anything for a while - I have frozen stir-fry vegetables, tofu, eggs, etc. and lots of lentils and beans. I also have chicken so I won't be totally vegetarian but close. The only think I don't know about is how I am going to manage to eat 9 pounds of zucchini that my friend gave me before she went out of town. I guess I will freeze them, so now I have something to do for the evening. Hope you are having a good week - mine seems to be very long even though I had Monday off!
