I exercised for an entire hour in my condo pool today. It felt great!!!!At first I was winded doing the laps but it got easier over tome. I am proud of myself.

Yeah.... Swimming is great exercise.... As you get more used to it.... Have a go with webbed gloves.. They are great for strengthening your arms... Because they are webbed, you have to make more effort, as they are harder to push through the water... Just google aqua gloves and you should find some.

If you get really keen, the noodles, dumbells and ankle weights are good as well (not necessarily for swimming, for exercises in the pool)
