I need a recipe for sardines where I don't see them or taste them. LMAO!! I have had two cans here and really can't see me eating those little fishies like they are .... not sure why I have this phobia. Got anything?

I've had those sardines, they're awesome. I don't think they taste very fishy at all.

Picky meals are great! Have you tried sardines as a dressing for steamed veg, M2B? Mash them with oil & lemon/lime or vinegar to make a sauce and serve over steamed broccoli, cauliflower, shredded cabbage, eggplant, zucchini, etc. You can spice it up with chilli too. Great if you’re fine with the flavour of sardines, just not keen on the fact they’re fish if you get what I mean. It works well over cheap frozen white fish fillets too - the sort that add protein to your diet but not much flavour 😂

It's hotter n hell here in Maine, and tonight will be what we call a 'graze night'! Looks like this, actually: meat, cheese, nuts, olives. Whatever is cold or room temp and doesn't need cooking. This is not punishment!

Phooka that does sound interesting. I just have to begin by actually opening the can and looking at them. LMAO! Grinding them up into a sauce could be the ticket ... wonder how they would be in a Picante sauce and over a veg of some type? (The hot sauce might be better?)
