Today was the last of my summer job. Starting tomorrow I am back to preschoolers. Tonight I did up eight trays of peach fruit leather, never done it before, so I am hopeful that they turn out okay. They sure smell good.

Oh exciting! I haven't tried fruit leathers yet. I assume you're making them in a dehydrator? I just got mine and have been having great fun experimenting with crackers. Let us know how the leather goes!

Yummy - that must be fruit from your orchards, right? Heck, are fruit leathers sort of like fruit "jerky"? I've never had it.
