I enjoy having a big breakfast. It gives me a good start for the day. I do a lot of reading on whether to eat small meals throughout the day or just three meals. I think I need the snacks but I need to remember not to go over my calorie count!!!

My new condo complex has a pool and I swam in the pool for the first time. Geez it was great. But, I learned that I am really out of shape! It is great exercise and I did not sink, was able to swim laps in the pool doing something that resembled a stroke. I felt like it burned up some calories. I am going to do it again today and try to do the treadmill today as well. My new condo is less than three minutes from my home so I do not have any excuses!!!!

My weight continues to go up one pound, down a pound, etc. It is my own fault. I will record it every day, good or bad....
