huaaa... makan kalap hampir 5 hari menjaga hati dan pikiran selalu tetapi tetap kalap dan maruk.. alhsil naik 2kg lebih.. time to loose some kgs now... back to diet... ada yang pengalaman spt saya nga cepet naik dan kalau dari eat clean trus cobain sedikit makanan nikmat jd ketagihan trus sampe kepikiran? #maintenan.struggles. aku sebenernya sudah capai target 57 58kg. skrng lg mentenan dan banyakkk sekali godaan dan kelihan.. msh adaptasii di luar my comfy zone...
