Well, I'm calorie shifting. Yesterday felt awful (added 150 calories to what I've been eating.) But it seems like this makes sense. I'll try a couple of weeks and see what happens!
I still worry that my calorie intake is too low. I just can't find a reliable number that all sites and calculators agree on. The recommended FS number is outrageously high, it seems to me. Who knows if I'm doing the right thing? I don't want to sabotage myself by going to low too fast. It's working now, but for how long???
I think today I'm going to be hungry. Is hungry good or bad?

No hungry is not good, nor is it fun. Looks like you need some more fiber in your diet. The Plus pasta is a good start, some other whole grains will help stave off hunger. Plus you could do with an increase in your protein, that always helps w/ metabolism.

I'm having a terrible time getting proteins without fats, and fiber without tons of sugar carbs.
This is all too much math for me!!
