mau curhat ah..... sebenernya sukak bangeet sama apps spt ni dmna bisa track makanan kita dan curhatan hati hayati heheheheeh.. tadi pagi ada sedikit trouble... pikiran mau breakfast gandum dan vegemite. rupa di rupa... gandum dimakan suami setengah.. ga mngkn sisa nya dimakan tuk breaky org lg maintenan program... terlalu sedikit. ga wise lah kalau di paksain.. galau mau biskuit cracker atau gandum setenga tu.. eeeeeee untunggglahhhh ada stock oats dan langsung cr buah di kulkas... lulus ujian aku . hahahah makanan nikmat hatipun tenang... *smile*
