good for you. Hey I have a great old fashioned recipe guaranteed to put a little extra into your work out. noodles potato's and sour cream. family favorite when I was growing up. lots and lots of butter or lard used to slowly cook the items together and then slather with the sour cream. I may take a picture next time I make it for my boys. my son sometimes requests this for his birthday dinner. In my youth I used to eat at least 2 plates full.
