Graduation parties over and done; Independence properly feted; In-laws all sent back home; No more temptations and excuses.
So guess what - back on track, and with a vengeance this time:
My 1200 cal "This means business" diet with the "NO P" modification - no Potato, no Pasta, no Pizza, no Pan(bread).
I am after a pound a week for the next two months (Aug / Sept). Then we'll take stock and see how it goes.
