No weigh in Monday. Went overboard. Went to. memorial and the food was fantastic. If anyone lives in the south then you know how those people cook. On the way home which was about 30 mileswe got so sleepy I made a joke about pulling over and taking a nap but if we did we would have the cops out there thinking we had overdosed. My activity level is really low because of my knee and hip. Can't take NSAIDS stomach lining is to this. So if anybody has any idea on what to do for pain please tell me. Can't take tumeric either because of my stomach. I take Osteo Bi Flex but can't tell any difference. The pain get so bad when I stand along time or walk far. Back on my diet today. So will weigh Saturday.

You could try ice for 15 minutes before as and after activity. Have you had it checked out by a specialist?

I know some use cbd oil. I use ice after any workout. it cuts the heat and swelling from getting worse. I had arthritis and artificial bone implant in femur. you cracked me up when you said they might think you overdosed! I'm in the south.

before my hip replacement the pain in my joints was chronic and daily. the only excersise I could do was deep water aerobics. no bouncing on the bottom. my recovery was accelerated because my muscles were stronger due to swimming. I am allergic to nsaids and my pain was controlled with Tylenol and visualization/breathing techniques. an orthopedic surgeon can give you a consult. the only thing I regret is not having the surgery sooner. good luck with your diet and healing journey.

I use ice everyday on the knee and the hip is arthritis. Sometimes when it gets very bad I go and get a toradol shot. Tried the CBD oil and couldn't tell any difference.

CBD doesn't work for me at all. I've done edibles, rub-on stick, cream, smoked... nothing. My brain is a big block of cement and nothing gets through. I am well-connected to everything through my kids and cousin who has chronic pain, so I'm confident that I was getting good stuff, LOL! I have to use a knee brace when the going gets tough and use a cane or crutch to keep off of it for a few days while it takes a break. I've been doing that this week, as a matter of fact. I took Advil for awhile, but it really didn't help that much and gave me stomach cramps. Tylenol doesn't work at all. I don't want anything heavier than that as I have to drive/work/live. Heat works best for me. I've got a heating pad and a long rice bag thingie that I can put in the microwave.

The edibles just put me in the bed I can sleep for two days. I take tramadol once a day to get me moving and a toradol shot every six weeks I'm going to quit those they don't help. I cleaned my floors yesterday and today I can't move with my hip and knee.

Tonya . . . We were told by doc to only use Tylenol.. I'm an aspirin taker, but have changed. . . . . Not sure how you cleaned the floors. I just bought the O'Cedar spin mop kit. $30. but so worth it. No more using hands to wring the filthy mop. I so wish I had got this many years ago. It works like a dream!!
