This is my first journal entry..I just wanted to say that it’s my husband and I’s 17th wedding anniversary this weekend and we went away—leave tomorrow morning, and I’m so proud of myself for staying on track—and still enjoying it! It truly is a lifestyle change and it’s nice to be craving healthy foods again, rather than junk💜
