More carbs, less protein and dropping weight for my boxing match has become a whole lot easier. 72Kgs won’t be a maintainable weight for me unless I’m training for a fight night, but it has been interesting to see how the correct macro mix can help you drop or pick up muscle. Time for a pizza because dieting should include the food you like 😋
167.6 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
