I hope my Keto days to come are like today. I feel like I rocked it, closing at Fat 132g/70%, Net Carbs 18/6%, Protein 104/24%. Not bad for Day 3. So thankful for the help here. You’re amazing! And I suddenly got a headache, remembering the salt advice I sprinkled some in my mouth, and within minutes headache disappeared and eyes opened wider. Will hunger at mealtimes stop or result of good workout?

Impressive. The adaptation should show signs of taking place around now. As some more time pass, more positive signs surface. Have been in keto 16 months. If I eat something I should not, I quicly get back to it for that good feeling of being in keto. Mind stay positive, sleep is good, joints good, gut good, etc, etc.
