Wake up 2am, and see little weight loss. Pretty sure it has relation to loading up on electrolytes yesterday. Not thirsty, and the heavy rain is still pouring down. Made coffee, and sit here and listen to rain and frog calls. Slightly worried about not getting my bicycle ride this morning.
