I am on an average of 1300 although my 'target' is 1400 and my macros are 40carbs, 30fat, 30protein. I gym 35 or 45mins 3 times a week and am maintaining my current weight with no extra effort (for now! :) ) I'm 45, 165cm tall & around the 53kg mark. The online calculators are great because you can put in the variables like gender, age, weight, activity. I find the activity level is hard to judge but see how you go and good luck!

I try to limit my calories to 1200 (the minimum) but I struggle so I do 1400 on average. I lose weight, eat balanced and feel good.

@chareenvst I think this is the point, you must feel good on what ever plan you're on....Not sluggish, hungry or bloated. Listening to your body is key
