I didn't log food yesterday because I was busy the entire day with my 20 year High School Reunion. Had a blast! Allowed myself a few alcoholic beverages, a couple carbs at dinner (2 small quarters of roasted redskin potatoes, the cream sauce that was on the chicken, and a small slice of french bread...very small portions), and overall I'm proud of allowing myself those little things. It did not throw me off track, and I woke up feeling tired and groggy, reminded of what a great time I had last night. No negative cravings as the result of the carb allowances, and started today off the right way. Back at it for another week; doing this Atkins thing one week at a time, per usual.

you sounded like me at our friends wedding on Friday - had small bites of a couple of things that weren't atkins, and wine (and wine and wine lol)but overall did ok - was even down on the scales the next day! sounds like you're doing great, so keep it up! just remember - water, water, water!!! :)

Congrats on doing so well at the reunion! Happy to hear that you had a blast and it didnt throw you off track. You did well! Taking it one week at a time is a great way to go, keep up your awesome work!
