Sometimes I don't understand how my body works, I'll wait until tomorrow to update my weight in

Honestly mine is simple I overeat or drink alcohol ☝🏻 stay on track 👈🏼👉🏼 under eat 👇🏼

When I eat well, I lose weight, when I eat too much I gain weight or water retention, but sometimes I eat too much and I still lose weight
