Day 2 of the pre-op diet, the word hangry comes to mind. I can do this, I have to do this. But today I planned out my meals better than yesterday. Yesterday I eat up my cal intake by lunchtime, today I sat with the calculator in the morning before packing my igloo bag. I got auga fitness later today. Uuugh...I mean yay... lol.
