started back on phase 1 today. dRagged my but out of bed and did Tae bo too! ANd it felt good! I thought it was going to be harder then it was today. I ate well, even went swimming and I feel good. I still feel like I gained a tire around my middle from all the crap I ate the last 5 days, but I'm back on track now! Thank you all for your "kick in the but encouragement!" I needed it.

nice to see you are still giving it your all! we are kind of at that same place...so close to the goal and yet so far... :) keep it up tho! i'm heading into a bad week again - going back home and we're doing a combined anniversary thing for my family, but thats ok, we just get back on that horse, right?

That's great that you exercised!! Taebo Kicks! I tried it but it was very tiring for me. I think I need to work my way up to that. Good for you and keep up the good work!
