The scale is showing another loss this morning! If the FSecret weigh-in wasn't so messed up, I'd be recording daily. However, I won't be recording again until Monday, but checking myself daily is giving me awesome motivation to stick with it! What a thrill to hop on that scale and jump off with excitement. I'll just stick with what I'm doing, and keep up on the fluid intake. I'm still sick with some wicked bronchitis, so exercise has not been happening. Hoping to get out for an evening stroll tonight (nice and leisurely, maybe an hour around the city), depending on how my lungs feel.

Way to go! Keep up the good work. And don't sweat exercising until you are healthier again. It could just prolong your recovery if you push things too soon.
