Made the most wonderful roasted asparagus for dinner, and I ended up eating the entire bunch! :) Tossed the raw spears in 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, fresh ground pepper, sea salt, and minced garlic. Coated them all very well, and then laid them out on a cookie sheet. Baked @ 425 for 9 minutes. MMMMMMM!
