i don't know what's wrong. because i eat very good. and don't think that i pass 20 gr of carbs. but i'm not going from the 96. but today i will start with the challenge and i will leave the cheese outside. i don't think that it's the gum that i chew sometimes a day. but will see.
213.2 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 80.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You lost weight overnight. It may not be a lot, but it's a start. You may not be retaining a lot of water like many people do at the start, which means more fat loss. Losing weight takes a lot of time and patience. It will come off.

Dama, I see that you haven't been entering anything into your food calendar. This is something you might want to start doing. There is quite a bit that goes into doing this plan correctly. If you could enter these for a week we can go from there to see why you haven't been losing. Basically 1500-1800 calories, 20 net carbs w/ 12-15 coming from your veggies. Your percentages should be close to fat 60-70%; protein 20-30%; and carbs no more than 10%.
