Dropped more weight this morning! Not recording it, because I really want to stick to recording here in FS no more than 1 time per week. Planning to spend this entire week working on getting that scale down even more for weighing in next Monday. I've had this horrible flu/bronchitis illness for 3 days and the cough and body aches were so bad that I haven't been able to exercise. Hoping to get out for a slow walk this evening to sort of get my body used to the idea, and hopefully get the rest of this sickness out of me. The rest of this week I'm also focusing on FLUIDS and keeping up on my vitamin intake. The Chromium Picolinate, the 5-HTP, and the Multivit all seem to be helping me along.
