If it helps, my doctor told me to stick to no more than 50 carbs per day, and have a cheater meal once a week (being careful not to go overboard). That cheater meal will help with the cravings and gives you something to look forward to. I have to admit, when I did SBD last time, that cheater meal worked, lost 45 pounds in a year.

Felt the same way after cheating all last week, but it wasn't as bad as I'd feared. Try waiting until you have a few "good" days under your belt before weighing. By then, you'll be feeling better anyway. Or go by how your clothes fit if you can't face the scale. Good luck!

we all get off that wagon, and we get back up, sometimes getting back up is harder than other times when we fall, but, fall does not mean fail, so go do it honeygirl!!!
