Hi , still stopped smoking. going into my third week now.

Last week went to gym 4 times, I did alot of rowing and also weight lifts, but damn it i am still 100kg.

I must just be persistent and keep going to gym on constant basis

wow! congratulations on quitting. It's so hard for me to quit. How did you do it?

I have quit before, but i started then again. This time round i decided i do really want to stop, so if craving comes i just say if i start again i will go back way i was. Only one is all it takes, so whatever happens i must not pick up the first cigarette. This is what i tell myself and it has worked so far.
