My body's doin' that thing again, where it harbors water and gets all bloated and gross. Stupid body. Stop being a jerk.

Besides that, I went to the goodwill and bought some clothes onaccounta all my other clothes are baggy and look silly. I'm feeling pretty good already in my new body, but know that I will continue to lose weight as long as I still keep up with the dieting. I have a feeling I'll keep declining until about 160 pounds, it just might take a little longer now. Losing almost 40 pounds in 4 months was intense! But for now, I'm just looking forward to the summer when I can actually buy a cute bathing suit!

What Causes Water Retention? Causes of body water retention depend on a wide range of factors including a high salt intake, as a reaction to hot weather, gravity, nutritional deficiencies, burns as well as sunburn and as a side effect of certain drugs. Pregnancy, oral contraceptives such as the pill, the menstrual cycle and menopause are also known causes of body water retention. ("Pregnancy the Pill???" You will retain a lot more then water if you chose to go off it lol. ) Perhaps notate the duration and time that this happens and see if a good work out would sweat it right out of you?
