Stepped on the scale this AM and down another 2 lbs. I am actually starting to enjoy this. I am making decisions about food that I never made before. Other times while on a diet, I would give in to bad eating choices, but this time I am not letting anyone or anything get me off track. I am making lifestyle choices instead of "dieting" so now believe that I will be able to get healthy and stay this way.

That's awesome Geo! I hope you aren't eating too little though. Your calories today say only 567 for the day. Are you entering everything? I'm really happy you are making the mental adjustment to lifestyle vs. diet. That's the true goal for us all, isn't it? You're doing great!!
