Well, it is only day number 3 and I have lost 4 pounds on South Beach. I have tried induction on South Beach a few other times within the past 6 months and have not been able to stick to it, however, this time for some reason I am very motivated and am having no trouble as of this point. I must admit that I can not wait until phase 2, but on the other hand I like the quick weight loss of phase 1. Hope everyone else is doing this well.
