Ready to get back to it after a couple of months of not watching what I am eating. My daughter turned 16 this last week, many pictures were taken. I am not flattered in those photos, so I am back here to lose the next 10 pounds!

My plan is:

Eggs for breakfast
Salad for lunch
Normal dinner with family (watching portions size)
limited snacks in the evening
Fruit in-between meals if hungry
LOTS of water
Aerobic exercise at least 3 times a week.
