Thursday the last day of May. The year is flying by way too fast. It has so far been a good week. I haven't made it to the gym between work and a swollen purple little toe thanks to stubbing it in the dark the other night, can't get a sneaker on. I did do 60 squats yesterday and a modified TRX workout tonight. Hoping by tomorrow after work I can get a sneaker on. If I had gotten off work on time I've would have just done the pool today but stuck there an hour late. I- set my new tracker up Tuesday night and yesterday and today almost 8,000 steps each day. Goal is to average 10,000/day over a week.
Food has been good. Measured, tracked and under my target calories. Lots of fruits, veggies, water and herbal tea. Fat calories are less than 30% which is where I feel the best, my body is not good with high fat. Finished up some cooked chicken in small portions Tuesday so strictly vegetarian since. No beer and don't want any.
