I HAD A DINNER PARTY LAST NIGHT @ THE CHOCOLATE CAKE @ ICECREAM WERE IRRESISTABLE. I AM TRYING TO EAT HEALTHIER. ON WEDNESDAY I AM GOING TO HAVE MY FAT RATIO CHECKED. MY BMI WAS 27. IT NEEDS TO BE BELOW 26. I AM HAVING DIFFICULTY LOSING BELLY FAT. AS SOMEONE WHO'S HAD THIS BATTLE SINCE MY FIRST BORN 25 YEARS AGO I CAN SAFELY SAY THAT CRUNCHES & JUMPING JACKS ARE THE ONLY THING THAT MAKES ANY DIFFERENCE TO ME AT LEAST.
