Haha, glad someone caught the PB paraphrase. I always loved that speech... because there is so much truth to it. All the best things in life, the things that last anyway, come from a certain amount of suffering. That is, anything worthwhile requires a sacrifice.

I agree with you even though a fatsecret friend advices me into making this process fun. And you know what, it's working. I feel happier about this. He said cook new stuff, go out, laugh, become lighter. I love it.
