Hope everyone had a great Mother's Day. Mine was fantastic. Spent bits of the day with my parents, my kids, and all four of my grandkids. My youngest and his wife came to the house and cooked a delicious dinner for us all, keeping Mom's diet in mind. We had chicken on the grill, broccoli, summer squash, and sliced tomatoes. Yummy!
Oh, and when I started this diet 10+ weeks ago, my average blood sugar level, first thing in the morning, was around 286. This morning's reading: 76 90 day average on my meter: 101 Can't WAIT to go back to the Doctor in June :-)
