Day #2 and feeling confident. As I've attempted Atkins before, I am prepared for the initial few days of fighting those intense cravings...but I also know that they disappear quickly! Day 1 was hard - kids made popcorn for a movie in the evening, and the smell was making my mouth water. I am proud that I fought the inner beast and did not give in to temptation. :) I haven't eaten yet today, so I need to make a small breakfast now before lunch time rolls around. I know that skipping meals can hinder Atkins success, which is where I messed up and fell off the wagon last time. Hoping to test for Ketosis tomorrow morning, as it usually takes my body 1-2 days of a great low carb start for my body to slip into Ketosis. Off to begin this challenging day!
