We have finally got our spring weather.
Time to get outside and enjoy 🌞

My weight has come to a halt and doesn’t matter how many exercise classes I take it’s not budging. I’ve tried eating healthy, and increased my calories but still nothing

I’ve gone out walking with a friend this week. We’ve gone around 5 1/2 miles each time.

It appears everyone’s body reacts different with diet and exercise. I’m hoping that some walking will give me the boost I need
