So I went to the doctor this morning ,and I am happy how it turned out :). The last time I saw her was July 3 , and according to her scale I was 267, today july 30, 27 days later I was 254 and when she measured my waist I was 4 inches smaller . We were both very happy with my results and she renewed my script for the phentermine . She also gave me meds to help me sleep cause thats been an issue. She said my blood pressure only went down a tad ,but it wasnt too bad . Im just excited about the whole thing. I know I have a long road ahead, i mean I started out may 24 needing to lose over a hundred pounds, but now 27 pounds later I am starting to feel more confident.

Left my workout shoes at home and missed my monday workout with my trainer :(. Now I have to make up a session and go to the doctor tomorrow without that extra buffer yikes.I think Im going to look into gym that I can also go to on my own time , its like paying double kinda , but I gotta do what I gotta do.

Down another pound so I think that makes 3lbs for the week. I have decided that my mini goal is to lose 8 more lbs before my birthday which would be 10 for the month 7-25 thru 8-25. The major goal is to get to 200 by this xmas, thats still not my recommened weight , but to go from 280-200 would still be a major milestone for me.
Side note, i figured I can stand to cut a few calories from my breakfast smoothie , no more oj , going back to almond milk.
