I have been so lazy about writing and keeping track of my caloric intake/output. There simply aren't enough hours in the day. However, I've been eating more and manage to avoid most junk food. And, while I'm a bit sporadic about it, I do mange to exercise three or four days a week, or at the very least go on two long bike rides during the weekend. I'll take it.
